IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) Japan Chapter* organized a special lecture of Prof. Dr. Leo P. Ligthart, Professor Emeritus, Delft Technical University (TU Delft), with a title of "Research on multi-parameter radar sensors" for discussion with young researchers and students. There in the lecture room, SICE (The Society of Instrument and Control Engineers)-RS (Remote Sensing Group), RSSJ (The Remote Sensing Society of Japan) and IEEE GRSS Japan Chapter held also the Remote Sensing Forum 2014 cooperatively in which many young researchers and students presented their latest work.
